1. Goods and Services Tax (GST) in India: Structure and Working
Author: Lina V. Badgujar
Email: linabadgujar08@gmail.com
Abstract: The Goods and Services Tax (GST) is a significant tax reform introduced in India to simplify the indirect taxation system. It replaced several taxes, including Value Added Tax (VAT), service tax, and excise duty, with one single tax. This research paper explains the structure and operation of GST in India. It outlines how GST is applied at various stages of production and distribution and how the government collects it. The study relies on secondary data and aims to provide a clear understanding of GST. The findings indicate that GST has improved transparency, reduced tax complexity, and created a more efficient tax system.

2. Infrastructure Inequality Between Rural and Urban Areas: A Study of Roads and Public Services
Author: Mahesh S. Patil
Email: mahi2000q@gmail.com
Abstract: Inequity in infrastructure continues to be an ongoing problem for both urban and rural areas within the contexts of access to government services and basic roadway conditions. Poor connectivity, inadequate maintenance of infrastructure, along with limited communications with local government are major contributors to the ongoing inequities in rural infrastructure. Urban areas experience localized bottlenecks and long delays in resolving reported grievances regarding infrastructure and public service deficiencies. To provide real-time opportunity for citizens to identify and report local issues regarding infrastructure and public services, this study recommends developing a web-based platform that permits citizens to identify, document and register an issue; track status updates as to when the issue will be resolved; and obtain a satisfactory response from a representative of local government. The digitization of the grievance process increases transparency, accountability, and efficiency for governments in resolving issues related to public infrastructure and services. Accordingly, the project provides citizens with the means to reduce the infrastructure gap between urban and rural areas and ultimately provides governments with a platform to address infrastructure deficiencies equally across their communities.

3. Criminalisation of Politics in India: Causes, Consequences and Reforms
Author: Shraddha N. Patil
Email: shraddhaapatil13@gmail.com
Abstract: This paper discusses the increasing criminalisation of Indian politics, with serious criminal charges more likely to be held by legislators. The study uses data from the Association for Democratic Reforms and judicial interventions by the Supreme Court of India to examine structural causes such as electoral incentives, delay in the justice system and voter behaviour. It also looks at the impact on governance and democratic institutions and proposes reforms such as legal disqualification measures, electoral transparency and fast track courts.

4. Cybersecurity Awareness Among Students: Challenges and Preventive Measures
Author: Harshada J. Sisode.
Email: harshadasisode2008@gmail.com
Abstract: Today, in the digital age, cybersecurity has become a major concern, especially for students who regularly use the internet for study and socialising. This paper explores the level of cybersecurity awareness among students, identifies the common challenges they face and proposes preventive measures to improve their online safety. The study shows that students are active users of the Internet but many of them are not well informed about cyber threats such as phishing, hacking and identity theft. The paper ends with recommendations to improve cybersecurity awareness through education and practical strategies.

5. Automated Banking Transaction System via Voice Recognition
Author: Dr.Poonam Sawant, Akshay Aaba Sonawane
Email: akshaysonawane1208@gmail.com
Abstract: In todayβs digital landscape, many individuals struggle with understanding banking terminology and face challenges related to typing. Voice recognition technology has emerged as a practical solution, allowing users to conduct banking transactions seamlessly without relying on traditional keyboards. This study examines the implementation of an automated banking transaction system powered by voice recognition, aiming to enhance accessibility, accuracy, and efficiency in financial services. (Negi et al. (2009)) The integration of voice recognition not only simplifies banking operations but also provides users with a secure and personalized experience. Advanced deep learning models, such as convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and recurrent neural networks (RNNs), play a crucial role in speech recognition, enabling systems to accurately process and interpret user commands. Additionally, natural language processing (NLP) enhances comprehension by understanding contextual meanings, thereby reducing transaction errors. Security remains a key concern in financial applications, and voice biometric authentication offers a reliable method for verifying users. By analyzing distinct voice patterns, banks can strengthen authentication measures, minimizing the risk of fraud. Furthermore, multi-factor authenticationβ combining voice recognition with additional security layers such as one-time passwords (OTPs) and facial recognitionβadds an extra layer of protection against unauthorized access. This paper also explores the potential integration of voice-enabled banking with AI- driven chatbots and virtual assistants, making financial services more accessible to visually impaired individuals and elderly users. Looking ahead, the future of voice banking will rely on continuous advancements to enhance robustness, security, and scalability in real world applications.
