📑 Author Guidelines

The International Journal of Convergent Technologies and Future Systems (IJCTFS) welcomes original research papers, review articles, and case studies in the field of emerging and convergent technologies. Authors are requested to adhere to the following guidelines before submission.

1. Manuscript Preparation

• All manuscripts must be written in clear English and submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.
• Use Times New Roman font, size 12, 1.5 line spacing, A4 page size, and 1-inch margins on all sides.
• The paper should include:
  • Title of the Paper
  • Author Names and Affiliations
  • Abstract (150–250 words)
  • Keywords (3–6)
  • Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References
• All figures and tables should be properly numbered and captioned.
• References should follow APA or IEEE style.

2. Length of Manuscript

The typical length of the paper should be between 4 to 10 pages. Longer papers may be accepted if the content justifies the length.

3. Plagiarism Policy

Submitted manuscripts must be original and not published elsewhere. Papers with more than 15% similarity index will not be considered. Authors are advised to check plagiarism before submission using reliable tools (e.g., Turnitin, Grammarly, or iThenticate).

4. Submission Process

• Authors should submit their papers via the Online Submission Portal or email to ijctfs@maulikavyanshufoundation.org.
• Each submission will undergo a double-blind peer review process.

5. Review & Publication

• All submitted papers are reviewed by at least two experts in the relevant field.
• Accepted papers will be notified via email and published in the next scheduled issue.
• Authors must submit a Copyright Agreement Form before final publication.

6. Publication Ethics

IJCTFS follows ethical standards in publication. Any form of plagiarism, falsification of data, or duplicate submission will result in rejection and blacklisting of the authors.

7. Article Processing Charges (APC)

There are no submission charges. A nominal publication charge (if applicable) will be informed after acceptance to cover processing and indexing costs.

8. Copyright Policy

Authors retain copyright of their work. However, they must grant IJCTFS the right to publish and distribute the article under the open access policy.
